Parcel Shipping DHL

Standard parcels are generally shipped with DHL. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart. Please note that the prices indicated in your shopping cart include VAT. Delivery to other countries may also be possible on request. Please contact us directly if needed. Customers outside the EU do not pay Austrian VAT (20%) and will receive a net invoice from us. VAT will then be levied by the respective country, usually through the customs authority.

Your order will be shipped to you as soon as possible. Usually, it is ready for shipping by the next working day at the latest.

The average delivery time is 2 to 6 working days. (Exceptions are peak times like Christmas) Note: The order volume has generally increased significantly. We kindly ask for your understanding that there may be occasional delays of a few days with our logistics partners.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking link by email.

We ship orders that do not need to be sent by freight with our shipping partner DHL.

If your order was damaged during delivery, please contact our support via email at info@floor-family.com with your order or invoice number. We will assist you quickly and unbureaucratically.
